    6. Wybieraj bezpieczne trasy. Sprawdź teren pod kątem występowania lawin i lodu.
    7. Używaj map i kompasu. Zawsze znaj swoją pozycje i miejsce, w którym aktualnie przebywasz.
    8. Zawróć na czas — nie wstydź się, jeśli musisz wrócić do bazy. To wyraz rozsądku.
    9. Oszczędzaj siły. Zanim stracisz siły zbuduj schronienie ze śniegu.

    Norwegia to kraj obdarzony niezwykłym bogactwem naturalnym: szumiącymi wodospadami, krystalicznie czystymi fiordami, majestatycznymi górami i budzącymi podziw lodowcami. Zachowywanie piękna tych krajobrazów, społeczności etnicznych i ich stylu życia jest bardzo ważne zarówno dla mieszkańców jak i turystów.

    Wędrując po górach czy oddając się innym przyjemnościom na świeżym powietrzu, warto zachować wszelkie środki ostrożności i pozostawić miejsce, w którym byliśmy w nienaruszonym stanie. Pozostaw miejsce w takim stanie w jakim chciałbyś je zastać, niezależnie od tego, czy jesteś gościem na łonie natury czy w małej wiosce rybackiej.

    Dobra jakość życia - właśnie o to wszystkim chodzi. Problem należy jednak rozpatrzeć w szerszej perspektywie, nie tylko w odniesieniu do tego co tu i teraz, ale również z myślą o przyszłości. Warto uświadomić sobie, że my sami jesteśmy ważni jak ludzie żyjący obok nas i należy wdrożyć tę myśl we wszystkie aspekty życia. Nie jest to szybkie ani łatwe zadanie, ale z pewnością warto się w to zaangażować.
